THE REFUND POLICY OF INNER TUNDRA

OK, so you want to know what happens if you don’t like a product you purchase(d) with Inner Tundra?

Totally cool. I get it.

It’s just as unlikely as an atom spontaneously switching places with another.

But sure why not, stuff can happen.

1. YOU DON’T LIKE THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED?

Well, in that case, you have 30 DAYS from the time of purchase to request a FULL REFUND on the amount you paid for the product.

You must return the item you purchased UNDAMAGED and with all its original parts and within 30 days. You’re just responsible for the return postage.

2. YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR THE WRONG ITEM?

Oh no! So sorry!

In that case, be sure to contact us within 14 DAYS of purchase.

We will do what it takes for your satisfaction.
If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a full refund.

3. LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS DURING THE RETURN

Inner Tundra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

If you are returning a bulk order, shipping insurance is required at your expense.
